Construction Works including marina of 750 yacht-capacity, approximately 100,000 m² Shopping Center with 40,000 m² indoor parking area, approximately 10,000 m² of takeoff area and hangar building, restaurant, yacht club and various social complexes, besides the Pendik IDO Pier designed to meet the need for yacht harbor on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The Shopping Center, which is designed as Basement + 3 floors, will have cinema halls and 1 hypermarket together with 150 shops. It is planned as a shopping complex, where both the people living in the Pendik region and those who use the yacht harbor can meet all their needs.

It is composed of breakwater and floating scaffolds. There are various social complexes with yacht club on breakwater. There will be a restaurant building at the end of the floating scaffold.
